Do you work with existing Odoo databases?
Yes — most projects start from a live Odoo. I audit the current website, store, or portal first, then customize in a separate addon so nothing fragile is touched.
Which Odoo versions do you support?
I build on Odoo 19 and support recent versions for maintenance and upgrades. If you are on an older version, upgrading the frontend is often part of the project.
Odoo Website or custom frontend — which should I choose?
If your team edits content often and the design fits Odoo's blocks, Odoo Website with a custom theme wins. If you need full design freedom or an app-like experience, a headless frontend wired to Odoo is the better path. I'll recommend honestly after one call.
Will customizations break future upgrades?
No — everything lives in dedicated addons and themes, never in core files. That is a hard rule.
Can you handle Arabic and RTL layouts?
What are your payment terms?
Typically a deposit to start, then milestone payments tied to visible progress. Details in the quote.
Do you sign NDAs and contracts?
Yes — both available, and standard for Saudi corporate clients.
Do you only work with Egypt and Saudi Arabia?
